It's HERE! May is Mental Health Awareness Month and we celebrate it big here at Forward Family Therapy! We have a selfie area set up, with lots of different fun props (try, "I told my therapist about you!", or "Therapy, the ultimate glow-up!") Stop by! Two days left of Mental Health Awareness Month and we have given out over 300 mental health stickers, 100 awareness bracelets, 50 pins and 12 dozen green ribbon cookies! Thanks for helping us spread the word about the importance of mental health this month! And, our rays of gratitude have been filled in with such rich reflections of the beauty in our lives, even when hardship co-exists. And on our Instagram page, nearly 30 people have taken part in daily challenges for the month. Cheers to improved mental health and greater understanding!

FFT is proud to partner again this year with Community Food Share in efforts to make sure no one goes hungry this season. Last year we raised 87 pounds of food and this year our goal is to reach 100 pounds! Please help us do so! If you're able, please bring donations by our offices Monday-Friday 8a-5p, and pick up a prize for donating while you're at it! Thanks for helping us help our community!
