many successful women feel unfulfilled, overwhelmed, or disconnected because they’ve never been taught how to clearly know, name, and speak their needs.

Want to guess what changes this? Healing your feminine wounds.

Wounds like people-pleasing, performance, and perfectionism are often ipassed down through family, culture, and society. Women have been conditioned to be easy, agreeable, selfless, and accommodating… usually at the cost of their own well-being - hence not tending to their own needs.

When these patterns are running the show, you might find yourself:
* Silencing your truth to keep the peace
* Saying “yes” when your body is screaming “no”
* Over-delivering to prove your worth
* Avoiding hard conversations because you fear being “too much” or “not enough”

These feminine wounds disconnect you from your true needs.

If you’ve been shape-shifting for love or safety, focusing on everyone else before yourself your whole life… how can you possibly feel confident in what you truly want?

The first step in reclaiming your voice and your power is identifying the root wound behind your patterns.
When you heal these feminine wounds, you begin to:
✨ Trust your yes and your no✨ Communicate clearly and unapologetically✨ Set boundaries that honor your needs & Desires✨ Attract aligned relationships, deeper intimacy, more joy, and more success.

If you desire more ease in your relationships, more magnetism in your business, and more freedom in your life, learning to express your needs is necessary.

Want to understand how these hidden feminine wounds are keeping YOU stuck in self-sacrifice, silence, and stress?

Ready to own your voice, start prioritizing yourself and claim your power?

My feminine wounds workbook is 60+ pages full of over 30 journal promos to help you identify your feminine wounds.

This workbook will help you identify where you are people-pleasing, performing, and acting from perfectionism so you can actually start lead differently & experiencing more of what feels good.

So many women people please and hold themselves back from sharing something good happening in their life when they know the other person is going through a hard time.

The thing is, when you hold back from sharing in such a scenario, you are taking responsibility for someone else’s experience. AND, you prevent them from attuning to the goodness in life.

Sometimes we need a glimpse of the light from others when we are in the dark.

It’s always good to ask permission to share to confirm they have the space for it 😘
