How to enter:
1.Confirm and attend all scheduled appointments December 15-Jan.2.
2. Reschedule any missed visits or any
Normally scheduled visits on dates December 24, 25th or January 1st.
3. Qualifying families will then be entered and the winner will be randomly drawn on January 5th. The winner’s coordinating therapist will also win a spa day!!
