Open Enrollment runs from October 15 – December 7, 2025.

Before switching to a Medicare Advantage plan, please take some time to research your options carefully.

💡 A few important reminders:
1️⃣ If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
2️⃣ Contact our office before making any changes to be sure we are participating providers for your new plan. It is a good idea to contact all providers.

Every year, millions of people worldwide are impacted by su***de. Today, we pause to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and remind each other that hope and help are always possible.

It is important to remember that asking for and accepting help takes strength. Seeking support does not mean you are weak.

A common myth is that if you call 988, the police or an ambulance will immediately be sent to your home. This is not true. When you call for support, you will be connected with trained professionals who are there to assist you.

Please also make sure your children are aware of this, as returning to school can bring on various stressors.

A successful school year starts with more than supplies. Mental health and substance misuse support can make a big difference for students and educators.
