To all patients, existing and new, we have discovered some quite disturbing news. When we try to call you from our main office phone number, 337.451.4346, it may show up on your phone as a "spam risk"!! If you have any kind of spam blocker on you phone this will continue to happen. A lot of the newer phones, especially iPhones have this feature already installed on the phone when you buy it. If you care to save our main number on your phone as 'Dr. Manuel's office' or "Dentist" or anything similar, the "spam Risk" alert will not show up. We are sorry for the confusion.

We have been getting a lot of calls asking what MarketPlace Ins. we accept. The 2 we accept are HealthyBlue and Aetna Better Health.

We hate to turn anyone down so we tell these patients to switch their plans so we give them a phone number that they can call and inquire about changing plans.

Them numbers are:

1-855-229-6848

If you do not have HealthyBlue or Aetna Better Health, please call either of these numbers and they should be able to guide you changing plans.

Just a friendly reminder folks. We accept Healthy Blue and Aetna Better Health. these two adult Medicaid plans are administered through DentaQuest. If you have either of these plans, please call 337.451.4346 to schedule an appointment. If you have your card handy, it would help us to verify your coverage if you have your Member number available. We will need your full name as it appears on your membership card, your date of birth and the membership number.

As we are getting busier and busier, we have to ask that if you are a new patient here and have to cancel your appointment, please call (337.451.4346) to let us know that you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment. We understand that things come up that prevent you from making your appointment, however, If you do not call to cancel or reschedule, you will be asked to seek treatment elsewhere.
