Do this when you feel overwhelmed and need to come back to yourself.

• Breathe in for 4, hold for 7, exhale slowly for 8
Repeat 3 times
• Think of a place where you feel safe and brings a positive emotion:
a feeling of... calmness, peace, happiness
• Place your hand on your heart 💗
Feel that emotion there
Inhale, hold, and gently say to yourself
“I feel good… I feel safe”
Then release with a long, slow exhale
