We would first like to thank our staff, our patients and their families for the continued loyalty and patronage to Wellness Suite 360. It has been a pleasure to serve the community.

Secondly, we would to inform you all that Wellness Suite 360 as a practice was acquired in January 2019 by Capital Health who will continue to serve your needs.

We hope that we have been successful in offering useful services to each of you up until this year.

Round and bulbous is this next beauty. Jicama (hee-camah) is native to as well as Central and South America. Jicama is also known as a yam bean but is likened to a potato while matching the consistency of a pear or apple. Known as the chocolate persimmon, black sapote is known for its chocolate pudding taste and spreadability. It is dark green in color until it is ripe and when ripe it turns brown and becomes soft. Hello wellness trackers! Today through the 20th of October is Bone and Joint Health National Action Week. This will give us time to talk about joints and bones. Even though they are not visible to the human eye on a regular basis, bones and joints are vital to our overall health. This week and days to come will allow us the chance to emphasize the fact that optimal joint and bones can and should be achieved, especially as we age. More to come, turn your notifications on!

Hello wellness trackers! We will take a moment to acknowledge that today is World Mental Health Day! While some mental health issues are hereditary, many report the most common problems ( and ) occurring at least once in any given week. Paying attention to our mental health involves regular check-ins with our minds and bodies. Notice when you are not enjoying daily activities as much as you used to or patterns of breathing more shallow than usual. The smallest symptoms can lead to detecting more significant mental health problems. Talk to you doctor if you’re having any of these symptoms.
