BENEFITS OF SQUATS

👟 Although it is advisable that you exercise for 30 minutes between 3-5 times a week but if your work schedule has made it difficult, today is a good day.
🤸🏽 Get up and move that beautiful body of yours. Give it the boost it needs. Exercise is a medicine to the body.
♦️ The best exercise you can do is to WALK. But you can put a SQUAT icing on your WALK cake.
👉🏼 You can do SQUATS as part of your regular exercise routine.
♦️ They strengthen your lower body, targeting your glutes and quadriceps. They also make you use your core muscles.
