🍽️✨ Last Week’s Menu Recap — So Many Favorites! ✨🍽️

What a delicious week we shared in the dining room! Our residents enjoyed a flavorful lineup of meals, including a braised pork rice burrito, chicken quesadilla, and savory chicken shawarma.

We also served up comforting classics like a ham & Swiss, slow-braised beef, and a tasty spinach mushroom quiche — all topped off with crowd-pleasing BBQ chicken!

🌟 Thank you to everyone who joined us for great food and even better company. We loved seeing so many happy faces at the table.

All about hurling. 🇮🇪🏑 Hurling is a popular field sport in Northern Ireland organized by the Gaelic Athletic Association ( ) with clubs and teams cross counties. Austin, our Maintenance Director here at Brownsburg Meadows Assisted Living, brought in his hurling gear to present our neighborhood with the history and demonstration of hurling. What a fun afternoon!
