Dr. Ellen is no longer practicing at Odette Chiropractic. She has decided to take a step back from our office to focus on her practice in Northville, as well as expand her work in Functional Medicine & Holistic Nutrition.

We truly appreciate the care and dedication she has provided to our patients, and we wish her all the best in this next chapter.

We want to thank all of our amazing patients for your continued patience as we navigate our new system—we truly appreciate your support during this transition.

If you still have our old scheduling app, you can go ahead and delete it, as it is no longer in use. We are currently working on getting online scheduling set up with our new system as quickly as possible.

This is a hands-on position where you’ll work directly with patients and doctors. Responsibilities include helping patients to rooms, assisting with patient flow, taking X-rays, and setting patients up on therapies such as spinal decompression and Back on Trac. This role is active and on your feet, but training is provided!

🔹 Insurance Verification / Data Entry Specialist
This position focuses on front office support including verifying insurance benefits through online portals, accurately entering patient information, answering phones, scheduling patients, and communicating insurance information to patients.

💼 We’re looking for individuals who are friendly, organized, dependable, and great with people.

Today was a bittersweet day at Odette Chiropractic.

After more than 8 incredible years, today is Janell’s last day with us.💔

Janell joined our team in 2017 as a Front Desk Receptionist, welcoming patients with her warm smile and friendly personality. In 2022, she stepped into the role of Lead Billing Specialist, where she truly shined — helping keep our office running smoothly behind the scenes. In 2025, after moving farther from the office, she transitioned to part-time… and now she’s taking an exciting full-time position closer to her new home.

While we are so sad to see her go, we are incredibly proud of her and so happy for the new opportunities and adventures ahead.

Over the years, we have laughed together, cried together, learned together, and built relationships that will last a lifetime. Janell has been more than an employee — she has been part of our chiropractic family.
