We will have 4 Hair stylist stations, 1 nail tech station and 2 private rooms available for rent starting on (or before) April 1st! Contact the studio to set up an appt to discuss rental and see our gorgeous new salon! 🀩 These spots will fill first come first serve!

8:00am Yoga: Yoga is a mind and body practice that combines movement, meditation (prayer), and breathing. People practice yoga for many reasons, from physical fitness to spiritual enlightenment.

9:00am Prenatal Strength: A safe, trimester-friendly strength class designed to support your body through pregnancy, train for birth and prep for motherhood. We focus on neutral alignment, 360Β° breathing, deep core and pelvic floor activation, total-body strength and parenthood ADLs. Modifications included based on phase of pregnancy and current strength level. Paired with clean, faith-focused music.
Appropriate for all trimesters with medical clearance.
Suggested: Enjoy a nutritious snack 30-60 minutes before class.

An upbeat, full-body workout designed for postpartum moms and their little ones (3–24 months). Breaking the barrier of childcare and fitness, this class blends low-impact dance cardio with functional strength training while babywearing. We focus on safe babywearing and movement, neutral alignment, 360Β° breathing, core stability, total-body strength and dance to rebuild strength in mom and encourage bond with baby. Paired with clean, faith-focused music.
Appropriate for moms at least 12 weeks postpartum and medically cleared for exercise.
Required: soft-structured baby carrier
Suggested: Enjoy a nutritious snack 30-60 minutes before class and arrive early to feed baby and change diaper before we begin
