Hi there! Saname is celebrating a huge milestone for Meghan. ✨

After years of dedication and hard work, Meghan has officially earned their Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential. Becoming fully licensed requires 3,000 hours of supervised clinical experience, including 1,500 direct hours providing therapy to clients and 1,500 indirect hours dedicated to training, consultation, case review, reading, documentation, and professional development.

Meghan approached this process with incredible dedication and curiosity, often going above and beyond in their learning and growth as a clinician. Throughout this journey, they have shown deep compassion, thoughtfulness, and commitment to the work of helping others heal. Watching them grow into the clinician they are today has been such a privilege.

We’re also excited to celebrate the launch of their new practice, where they’ll continue doing the work they love while creating the kind of healing space they’ve always envisioned.

My smile isn’t about pretending life is easy or that responsibilities disappear. It reflects what can happen when you no longer feel the need to prove your worth by staying busy, productive, or constantly holding everything together.

Many of the adults we work with are highly capable and deeply committed to their families, careers, and communities. They learned early how to keep going, and that strength helped them build full lives. Over time, it can also become exhausting.
