This month, we honor the compassionate professionals who provide comfort, guidance, and dignity for individuals facing serious illness and end-of-life care. Their support not only eases physical symptoms — it brings peace, connection, and reassurance to residents and their loved ones. 🕊️

At every stage of life, each person deserves to be treated with respect, surrounded by comfort, and supported in the ways that matter most. We are grateful to collaborate with hospice and palliative care partners who help ensure every resident’s final chapters are filled with meaning and care. 💙

During World Diabetes Month, we spotlight the crucial role of diabetes care in the skilled nursing setting. Managing diabetes is about more than numbers—it's about personalized care plans, daily support, and empowering each individual with the tools they need to maintain their health.

If you haven't been diagnosed, it's important to watch for possible signs:

This month, we proudly supported the Wellsential Health Lower Valley Walk to End Alzheimer's, in partnership with the Alzheimer's Association. 💜

These walks are important events that raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support, and research. As caregivers, we're dedicated to those living with this disease and remain hopeful for a future cure. 🧠💪

We're thankful for all of our team members who attended, and their family members who walked with us!
