Happy Thanksgiving week!🦃

We will be open our normal hours Monday through Wednesday and will close on Thursday, November 25th and Friday, November 26th in observance of the upcoming holiday.

Normal office hours will resume on Monday, November 29th.

We would like to salute Mr. Diaz, a former Marine and Vietnam War veteran that is under our care and always looks forward to coming to his visits.

World Arthritis Day is observed on October 12 every year to bring awareness of an invisible disease that gradually increases in severity.

Arthritis is joint inflammation and stiffness that can affect surrounding muscular areas causing chronic pain. Physical Therapy can help increase and maintain range of motion and strength. It can also act as an alternative for pain management. “PT can serve as an intervention that can plateau and may reverse the debilitating symptoms associated with Arthritis” says our DPT Adan Narvaez.

Anyone can be at risk as we age. If you or a relative/friend have being diagnosed with Arthritis, consult your Doctor about trying Physical Therapy.
