- Maintain lip hydration by drinking water 💧
- Use lip balm or vasceline to provide a barrier protection 👄
- Avoid smoking which promotes inflammation and devascularization 🚫 🚬
- Avoid heavily use of straws and excessive lip puckering to prevent fine lines and wrinkles. 🥤
