All human and pet sessions are done in a shared office space at Gift it Forward Farm, just outside of Brownsville, MN. This office space is also home to 2 amazing cats. Therefore, any cat or horse sessions will involve travel to the place where your cats or horses reside. This is subject to change, but for now, any sessions involving travel will need to be scheduled on Thursdays. Weekend sessions may be possible depending on my availability.

Cold lasers like the one we utilize, have been in use for decades, and thousands of scientific studies have documented their positive effects in treating post-surgical pain, as well as many acute and chronic conditions, including…
• Arthritis
• Joint Pain or Stiffness
• Degenerative Disc Disease
• Chronic Ear Infections or Otitis (Inflammation of The Ear)
• Cystitis (Inflammation of The Bladder)
• Dermatologic (Skin) Problems
• Chronic or Post-Surgery Pain
• Pain from a Recent Injury
• And Other Soft Tissue and Inflammatory Problems
A cold laser session lasts from 10-15 minutes, depending on the areas that are lasered, and is most effective when repeated every other day for acute issues. As healing progresses or for chronic issues a maintenance schedule is implemented specific to your pets needs.
The laser we use is intended for animal use only. I am happy to give you recommendations for human laser therapy if you are interested.

How At Ease Bodywork came to be...

I post this picture with lots of love. These crazy,beautiful people and this place, At-Ease Wellness Center, were the catalyst for much of my healing during the years I was in Tucson. All that I learned during this time continues to inspire me as I develope my own alternative healing practice. While I am not doing the amazing chiropractic work that Dr Joan and Dr Nicholas did, my bodywork methods use a very gentle touch,and my intent is also centered in love and compassion. Plus, the name was availble in MN and it is a brilliant decription! Sending gratitude and appreciation to Dr Joan Norton, Dr Nicholas Tivoli and Amy!
