My heart is so full tonight.

I am beyond blessed to have the most incredible Home Health & Hospice team, not just employees, but a true family. This week reminded me why I love what we do.

From gathering together for our Thanksgiving Luncheon… to proudly sponsoring the Heart Institute’s Annual Turkey Trot… to something even deeper … stepping in for a patient who desperately needed help with heavy cleaning, a haircut, groceries, and even getting their sweet dog groomed. Thanks Wally!

No one asked them.
No one told them.
They just did it, because that’s who they are.

The compassion, the heart, the selflessness of this team is something you cannot teach. It’s something they carry within them.

And I am so deeply honored, humbled, and grateful to call them the Mesquite Family.
We don’t just provide care.
We show love.
We restore dignity.
We change lives.
And every day, they remind me what a blessing it is to serve.

It’s an honor, year after year, to give back to our community and witness the resilience of those impacted by this terrible disease. Serving patients and families every day is our greatest privilege.

Every step today was for the fighters, the survivors, and the angels we've lost.
