Yesterday I woke up and honestly just felt completely overwhelmed. There were so many things I wanted to get done. Clean the studio, shoot some content, update my website, plan more classes, print stuff off at UPS, Amazon returns, prepare for an upcoming personal vacation, etc.

I ended up deciding to do NONE of it. And it felt so good! We had a beautiful “false spring” day here in Oregon (Sorry to everyone that’s currently snowed/iced in 😅) so I ended up staying home, mowing the lawn, getting the garden ready for spring, deleted social media and email apps for the day, and didn’t do ANY Joe Glow work!

When we hear about taking rest days and setting boundaries, we hear it for a REASON!

It’s so important. You can’t pour from an empty cup. After taking yesterday completely off from Joe Glow, this morning I woke up re-energized and ready to tackle my to do list. 🙌🏼 So here’s your reminder to truly do nothing once in a while!!!
