Job Title: Territory Sales Manager – Contracted Services (Healthcare)

About the Role
We are a 4th-generation, family-owned medical linen and laundry provider serving healthcare
facilities across the Southeast. We specialize in delivering reliable, high-quality service with a
hands-on, relationship-driven approach.
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive new business growth in the Greater Atlanta
market. This is a pure sales role focused on prospecting, developing relationships, and
closing long-term service agreements with medical facilities.
This is not an order-taking or inbound role. The ideal candidate is comfortable in the field,
enjoys building relationships, and knows how to win business from competitors.
What You’ll Do
* Prospect daily through cold calls, drop-ins, and outreach
* Identify and engage decision-makers (office managers, administrators, directors)
* Conduct discovery meetings to understand current service, pain points, and opportunities
* Develop and present customized service proposals
* Navigate contract structures, renewal timelines, and vendor transitions
* Close new business and drive long-term client relationships
* Partner with internal operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service launch
What Success Looks Like
* Consistent prospecting activity and pipeline growth
* Ability to set and run meetings independently
* Development of a strong territory pipeline within the first 90 days
* Progression to consistent weekly new business production
* Long-term goal: Build and maintain a stable book of recurring revenue
Who You Are
You are a self-starter who thrives in a field-based sales environment and enjoys building
relationships face-to-face.
Preferred Background
* 1–5+ years of outside/field sales experience
* Experience selling **contracted or recurring services**
* Background in industries such as:
* Facility services (uniforms, janitorial, etc.)
* Waste/recycling services
* Pest control or lawn care
* Fire protection or safety services
* HVAC or mechanical service agreements

* Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person prospecting
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Competitive and motivated by performance
* Organized and able to manage a pipeline
* Coachable and open to structured sales processes
Compensation & Structure
* Base salary bonus (Salary $52,000-65,000 based on experience)
* Commission - uncapped earning potential
* Bonuses - Quarterly & Presidents Club
* Total bonus potential of $10,000 for top producers exceeding KPI’s
* Company vehicle provided after 60 days of employment — vehicle allowance available for
first 60 days
