What happens when future business leaders collaborate with industry to tackle real-world challenges?
Pharmsource Animal Health recently had the opportunity to collaborate with MBA students from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business through their Multidisciplinary Action Projects (MAP) program.
The MAP program connects Ross MBA candidates with organizations around the world to work on complex business challenges as part of their final curriculum experience.
Our collaboration kicked off at the 2026 VMX Conference in Orlando, one of the largest global gatherings in the veterinary industry. The event provided the team with firsthand exposure to the scale, innovation, and evolving dynamics shaping animal health today.
Partnerships like this create valuable exchanges between academia and industry, combining analytical thinking, fresh perspectives, and practical experience to explore meaningful opportunities in the sector.
We would also like to acknowledge Professor David Butz, whose academic guidance and expertise in healthcare supply chain systems helped ensure the project remained focused, practical, and analytically grounded.
We appreciate the enthusiasm and thoughtful contributions from the Ross MAP team and look forward to continuing the collaboration.
