Chiropractic is cool but today we are going to do some sound bathing.
The Root chakra is the first chakra and it’s associated with security and safety, survival, basic needs, identity and self, grounding and is the foundation for living our lives. When there is an imbalance here you may have excessively negative thoughts or cynicism, eating disorders, greed, or feelings of insecurity. To open up and find balance in this chakra it helps to engage with the earth. Connect with nature by gardening, hiking and cooking and eating healthy foods and surround yourself with earth colors.
