3 Simple Ways to Get the Most from Your EES Session
Lately I’ve had a lot of people ask me what they should do during their time in the EES room. The honest answer is: not much at all.
The beauty of these sessions is that your body already knows what to do. Your job is simply to slow down, relax, and allow yourself to receive the experience.
That said, there are a few small things that can help you get the most out of your time in the room.
1. Come Hydrated
This might sound simple, but it makes a difference.
Our bodies rely heavily on water to support circulation, detoxification, and cellular processes. When you arrive hydrated, your body is better prepared to relax and respond during the session.
I usually recommend drinking a glass of water before your visit and another afterward. Many people also notice they feel a little thirsty after sessions, which is completely normal.
2. Give Yourself Permission to Truly Rest
One of the most powerful parts of the EES experience is simply deep rest.
Many of us spend our days moving quickly from task to task. It can actually feel unfamiliar to slow down completely.
• Close your eyes
• Meditate or breathe deeply
• Listen to calming music
• Take a nap
3. Set a Gentle Intention
Before your session begins, I like to encourage people to take a moment and set a simple intention.
Nothing complicated — just a quiet thought like:
“I’m giving my body time to restore.”
“I welcome relaxation.”
“I’m open to balance and renewal.”
You don’t have to focus on it the entire time. Just setting that intention at the beginning can help shift your mind and body into a more receptive state.
Everyone’s experience is unique, but some of the things people often share with me afterward include:
• Feeling deeply relaxed
• Sleeping better that night
• A sense of calm or mental clarity
• Gentle warmth or tingling during the session
The most common feedback I hear is simply:
“I didn’t realize how much I needed that.”
Your body is always working to maintain balance and repair itself. Sometimes it just needs the space and quiet to do that.
The Bio Scalar room offers a place to pause, breathe, and let your system settle.
And in today’s busy world, that kind of rest can be incredibly valuable.
