Mental illness can sometimes carry a stigma that prevents people from getting the help they so desperately need. You and your loved ones do not have to be alone while navigating your way through difficult times. ReWritten Counseling offers both virtual (telehealth) and in person services and has offices in St. Marys, Brunswick, and Saint Simons Island, GA. We would like to introduce you to two of our skilled clinicians at our St. Marys location, Echo and Brittany.
Echo Troop, LCSW specializes in working with adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, trauma, substance abuse and relational issues. She uses a client-centered approach and modalities to include CBT, DBT, ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy) and Motivational Interviewing.
Brittany Spradlin, LPC is working on her PhD in Forensic Psychology with a specialization in personality disorders, trauma and behavioral disorders. Brittany’s therapeutic approach is influenced by CBT principles, narrative therapy techniques and mindfulness practices. She works with pre-adolescent to adult populations and couples with mood disorders, co-occurring substance, physical, or cognitive disorders, developmental disabilities, aggressive behaviors, mental health symptoms that have a poor response to treatment with medicine, traumatic brain injuries, and MI &D status or other legal issues.
Our counselors believe building a trusting professional relationship is the cornerstone of effective therapy. They will join you in your journey of healing and empower you to build skills needed to live a full and meaningful life.
