🥼🩺 Doctor-Recommended Movement: Glute Bridges ✨

Looking for an easy but effective exercise you can do at home? Glute bridges are one of Dr. Aden’s favorite exercises that help support strength, stability, and everyday function.

Begin by lying on your back, bringing your feet close to your glutes. Then, tighten your core muscles, exhaling on the way up as you press through your heels and squeeze your glutes at the top. Inhale on your way down, and repeat for 3 sets of 10.

Glute bridges are a great way to strengthen your glutes, hamstrings, and core, which all play an important role in supporting your lower back and overall movement!

Our adjustment bay is an open space where Dr. Nick and Dr. Aden provide chiropractic care side by side. Unlike offices with individual treatment rooms, our adjustment bay allows patients to share a space, connect with one another, and feel truly comfortable from the moment they walk in.

Many patients love the welcoming, social atmosphere—it often feels less like a clinic and more like a community. One of the things that makes this space especially interesting is that patients get to see the doctors adjust other patients, allowing for an anxiety-free environment.
