✨ Exciting News at Chiropractic Spine Center! ✨

We’re excited to share that Dr. Nick is now certified in Dry Needling and is offering this treatment to patients!

Dry needling is a technique used to target tight muscles and trigger points, helping relieve pain, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural healing process. It can be especially helpful for muscle tension, sports injuries, and chronic pain.

Dr. Nick is always looking for new ways to provide effective care for our patients, and we’re thrilled to now offer this additional treatment option here at Chiropractic Spine Center.

👏👏 Another busy (and rewarding) weekend in the community!

🏋💪 This weekend, we had the pleasure of heading back to Crunch Fitness to provide chair massages and spinal screenings. We love connecting with members who are committed to staying active and taking care of their bodies!

⛪ On Sunday, we were honored to attend the St. Ambrose Parish for their health and wellness event, where we had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful members of the community and share more about chiropractic care and overall wellness.

We’re incredibly grateful for the chance to serve, connect, and support our local community — thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello!

💪💙 What a great day at Crunch Fitness 💙💪

We had such an amazing time visiting Crunch Fitness in Brunswick this week! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

We were able to provide chair massages and spinal screenings for personal trainers, employees, and members putting in the work on the gym floor. It’s always a privilege to connect with people who are passionate about movement, strength, and overall wellness.

A special thank you to Jeff, who helped make this event possible. As a former chiropractor now working at Crunch in the Brunswick location, he understands the importance of proper recovery and spinal health, and we’re so grateful for the opportunity to collaborate.

This gym has so many impressive features and equipment options. If you haven’t checked it out yet, it’s definitely worth a visit!
