Everything is hitting you all at once. Your inbox is full. Someone said something sideways to you or gave you the side-eye. Your body is running on fumes because you haven’t had a moment to eat. Heck… it seems like you haven’t had a moment to just breathe, and you feel yourself starting to spiral.
