Last Friday, October 10th, we had a great time at our Soup Cook-Off & Live Auction Fundraiser at Amy's Rustic Event Center in Valley City. Thank you to all those who attended, donated, prepared soups, volunteered their time & helped in any other way to make this event so special. We look forward to seeing you next October 🥣💚

Our Soup Cook Off Fundraiser is only a few weeks away...the time is now to let us now to let us know if you are planning to enter your soup/chili, donate items for the Live Auction, and/or purchase your tickets. This is always a fun event and everyone always has a great time. This is a family friendly event so feel free to bring your kids or grandkids or even make it a date night. This year we are in a new venue which we are excited about. There will not be tickets sold at the door. We are looking forward to seeing you and your family for a fun night of food, fellowship, and fundraising.

There is still time to register for our fall session of our Teen Anxiety course. Classes begin Tuesday, September 16th from 6:00pm to 7:00pm for grades 6th - 12th at Oaks Family Care Center, 4196 Center Rd, Brunswick. This course will focus on learning mindfulness and coping strategies, practice skills for stress relief and emotional awareness and many other things to help give your teen a greater confidence and emotional awareness to help with anxiety.
