On the longest light filled day of the year Mona and I welcomed 18 lovely women to our “Let Your Light Shine” full day retreat.

Mona and I were honored to host a multigenerational group of extraordinary ladies who allowed themselves to be nurtured through heart opening experiences surrounded by a supportive community of women.

We began with each woman sharing who they are; creating a circle of loving connection. We spent time exploring and discussing letting our light shine and authenticity. To support restoration for all aspects of ourselves; mind, body and spirit, we experienced gentle yoga. Then we enjoyed creating a crystal candle holder as a reminder of each women’s bright light. Followed by a love infused nutritious lunch.

Sabrina Remsburg provided a soothing sound bath facilitating deep relaxation which was followed up with personal time to embrace their own sacred wisdom on the beautiful grounds.

The day culminated with a sacred walk of a labyrinth. What a wonderful, transformative, supportive, and empowering experience we co-created with these lovely and unique women. We are grateful.

Reiki Share for Practitioners
with Judy Buchanan

Friday, May 30th
6:00 - 8:00 PM

A Reiki Share is a great opportunity for trained practitioners to come together in a caring community in order to exchange services. This gathering will be facilitated by seasoned Reiki Master and mentor, Judy Buchanan. Providers can hone their skills and share their knowledge while building confidence and sharing time with like-minded people.

Everyone in the group will have an opportunity to both receive and give heart-centered Reiki energy. One person will rest on the massage table while one to four practitioners provide a short Reiki session. Following, there will will be time allotted to share feedback and insights regarding the experience. Afterwards, practitioners will rotate until all have been a provider and a receiver of healing energy.

To attend - participants must have a minimum of Reiki one, the first level of Reiki training and attunement. Reiki practitioners of ALL levels and abilities are welcome. You do not need to be well practiced. Equally, no matter how experienced you are, there's always more to learn from each other and to build community.

WOW! What a transformative, supportive, and empowering experience we had together with 15 lovely women at our full day “Being Our Awakening” women’s retreat in Maryland on Saturday, 22 March.

Mona and I were honored to host a multigenerational group of extraordinary ladies who allowed themselves to be nurtured through heart opening and transformative experiences surrounded by a supportive community of women.

We began with each woman sharing who they are; creating a circle of loving connection. We spent time exploring and discussing being our awakening. Through a meditative experience we were invited to let go of what no longer serves us by participating in a transformative burning bowl ceremony.

After our release we began envisioning and manifesting our desires by writing a letter to ourselves.

To support restoration for all aspects of ourselves; mind, body and spirit, we experienced gentle yoga and breath work. Followed by a love infused nutritious lunch.

After lunch Terrie Weaver guided us to create our unique vision boards to facilitate manifesting our desires for the future.
Each person had the opportunity share their vision board and had time to reflect; harvesting their own sacred wisdom on the beautiful grounds.

The day culminated with dancing and celebrating each unique and amazing woman. What an outstanding day!

And it begins… Today started my training support to the 68th Frederick City Police Academy.

I am so incredibly grateful to be able to provide resilience skills, nervous system self-regulation and performance enhancement training to these brave men and women who are willing to run toward danger.

I cannot express how full my heart is when I am able to share skills that will support greater health and longevity in their career and life.

I am thrilled to announce that I am a published author! YAY!

I have written Chapter 8, “I See You!”, in Awakening Stories which is a beautiful compilation of twenty-three awakening journeys, designed to assist others along their path. Of course, by awakening, we mean the understanding that we are more than just a physical body…that we are interconnected not only with one another but with the entire planet.

I am honored to have my story published along with my co-authors who have allowed themselves to be, in many cases, quite vulnerable, as they tell the story of their transformation from pain to healing, bo***ge to freedom, grief to joy.

I am so grateful to Allison and Will for your insight, inspiration, organization, editing and being our publishers for this divinely guided book.
