From classes for everyBODY to services to help you relax and heal, our goal is to nourish your mind, body and soul so you feel balanced in all your pursuits! Balance Wellness Studio is a collaborative group of wellness practitioners coming together to offer Bodywork: Massage, Reflexology, and Reiki; Movement: Yoga, HIIT, Barre, and private movement instruction. We are currently operating classes and services out of The Club at 2929 Demere Road. We will be relocating our primary studios to Downtown Brunswick in the Summer of 2022. Details about our target opening date, class schedule, appointment booking, and more will be posted on social media and our website as it becomes available.
