We are a child services non-profit providing residential care, and community counseling services. Morningstar Children and Family Services, Inc.

was founded in 1997 to provide residential, therapeutic foster care and mental health services to children, youth and their families. These programs provide quality services and for children and youth who have been diagnosed with two or more intellectual, developmental, behavioral and emotional disabilities.

Our hearts are FULL! 💙

Thank you to The Chapel for truly bringing the love on their day. Through a team that beautified our campus and another that taught of God’s love and how we can trust him, today was a delight!

It is through volunteer days like these that encourage us all as we love and serve Georgia’s foster children and one another.

Oktoberfest 2025 was one for the books!
It is hard to put into worlds how grateful we are for such a memorable night of fellowship and laughter.

Morningstar Children and Family Services, Inc. was founded in 1997 to provide residential, foster care, and mental health services to children and youth. Our residential campus serves up to 5o youth with developmental and emotional challenges. Through our mental health program, we serve our children on campus and community children and youth. Our foster care program provides stable and loving homes for children and youth in the custody of DFCS.
