Today, we celebrate two incredible things — National Nurse Practitioner Week and Michelle Barber’s last day as our Clinical Director. 💙

For the past five years, Michelle has been the steady heartbeat of Oasis Free Clinics — leading with compassion, building strong clinical systems, and ensuring every patient felt seen, heard, and cared for. From guiding us through the pandemic to laying the foundation for programs that will serve our community for years to come, her impact is immeasurable.

As we honor all nurse practitioners this week, we’re especially grateful for Michelle, whose warmth, expertise, and unwavering dedication have shaped the heart of Oasis.
