As the week comes to a close, we want to take a moment to let our Plum Creek team know just how appreciated and valued they truly are. Every single member of our team plays an important role, and every position comes with purpose. Together, you make a difference in the lives of our residents each and every day.

Since opening our doors in April of 2009, Dan Ihrig, LNHA, and the Ihrig family have built Plum Creek on the foundation that resident care always comes first. That commitment continues to guide everything we do, and it’s reflected in the dedication of our amazing team.

Today we want to give an extra special shout-out to our incredible leadership team who continue to pour their hearts into their work, putting in extra time, effort, and long hours to support our residents and one another.

⭐ Jenny Lawson, our Director of Nursing, who has stepped in, picked up extra shifts, and is already exceeding expectations.
⭐ Nancy Rose, our Wellness Coordinator, who has been instrumental in every aspect of care, coordination, and communication.
⭐ Deb Rea, our longest-standing employee, who works tirelessly day in and day out to ensure dining services run smoothly.
⭐ Jackie Livingston, our Housekeeping Supervisor, who never stops going the extra mile for our residents.
⭐ Stacie Davis, who continues to plan amazing activities and makes sure our residents always have something fun and engaging to enjoy.
⭐ Ryan Boulton, our Community Relations Director, who supports both current and new families with incredible knowledge and care.
⭐ Kris Sprouse, who is doing a phenomenal job onboarding new staff, building our team, and ensuring compliance and training.
⭐ Taylar and Danielle, our Lead Resident Assistants, who not only lead resident care but also work the floor daily alongside the team.

The list could go on and on. Our leadership team means the world to us, and every member of the Plum Creek team works incredibly hard. The days can be long, and appreciation may sometimes feel small, but please know that we see you, we value you, and we are so proud of the difference you make.

Not many people can do what you do. Thank you for your compassion, your dedication, and your hearts. You deserve all the thanks. 💙

We had such a fantastic time sponsoring the CMSA event held in Medina County yesterday!

Our owner, Kathy Elseser, spoke to the crowd about what truly sets Plum Creek apart from other assisted living communities, sharing our passion for compassionate care and the meaningful relationships we build with our residents and families.

A huge shout out to our very own Deb for creating the most beautiful fruit display and the cutest (and most delicious!) cookies that everyone loved! 🍪🍓

We are so thankful for the partnerships we have with case managers and the incredible work they do every day. And since it’s Social Worker Month, we want to give a special thank you to all the amazing social workers who advocate, support, and make a difference in so many lives. t’s been such a joy to be out and about supporting the very community that continues to support us! 💛

From Purses with a Purpose, to the Medina County Senior Service Network meetings, to connecting with fellow businesses at the Northern Medina County Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Medina County Chamber of Commerce, and celebrating the grand opening of Sanctuary Wadsworth’s Dialysis Den — we are so grateful for every opportunity to show up and give back.

We even had the pleasure of bringing some cute bingo prizes to the senior center and calling bingo!
