We want to thank you for your continued patience and support during this time of transition. We have done our best to make our interim location work, but after much thought and effort, it’s clear that it simply will not meet the needs of both Play Oasis and Straight Talk Speech Therapy while sharing the space.

We truly believe that our Play Oasis families deserve an experience close to what we originally offered at our first location. Unfortunately, the current setup just doesn’t allow us to deliver that standard; therefore, the new location will instead focus solely on speech and oral myofunctional therapy and will continue operating as Straight Talk Speech Therapy.

Because of this, we are now beginning the process of initiating refunds for Play Oasis memberships. We understand there has been a delay in communication and in processing refunds, and for that, we sincerely apologize. This situation has been out of our control in many ways, but we are confident that this is the best step forward for both our team and the families we serve.

We remain hopeful for the future and plan to rebrand within the next two years. Thank you again for being part of the Play Oasis family, we’re incredibly grateful for your support and understanding!
