Strong family support can be a game-changer. It helps loved ones enter and complete treatment, stay on track and build a foundation for long-term recovery. But it’s not always easy, right?

Taking care of yourself is just as important as supporting them. That’s why we’ve shared some tips—like setting boundaries, finding support groups, and prioritizing your own well-being.
You don’t have to navigate this journey by yourself. Mobilize Recovery’s Family Advisory Committee is here to connect impacted families, share resources, and provide a space for healing and advocacy.

You are not alone, and your love is a lifeline. Families can be a source of strength and hope.

Project Unity: Mental Health Awareness Day

Today, on Mental Health Awareness Day, we at Project Unity stand in solidarity with those living with mental health challenges and the families and communities that support them. Mental health affects every aspect of our lives, yet it’s still too often shrouded in silence or stigma.

We believe that awareness leads to action, and action brings healing. Our programs are dedicated to providing compassionate care, access to resources, and pathways to support for those in need—because no one should have to walk this journey alone.

From counseling and mental healthcare services to our monthly support groups, we aim to create a safe space where individuals can find hope, connection, and practical help. Whether you or someone you love is struggling, there is always hope, and there are people ready to stand with you.

Remember: Your mental health matters. You are not alone. Let’s continue working together to break down barriers and build a future where everyone has the tools and support they need to thrive.
