Good for: gentle energy + antioxidants + liver support

Ingredients:
1 tsp matcha powder
1 cup warm water or milk
½ tsp honey (optional)

Instructions:
Whisk matcha with a splash of hot water until smooth.
Add remaining warm water or milk.
Sweeten lightly if desired.

🥣 Winter Solstice Detox Stew

Good for: fiber + plant protein + winter nourishment

Ingredients:
1 cup red lentils
3 cups vegetable broth
1 cup chopped kale
1 carrot, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 garlic clove, minced
½ tsp turmeric
Salt + pepper

Instructions:
Sauté onion and garlic.
Add carrot, lentils, turmeric, tomato paste.
Pour in broth.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Add kale and cook 5 more minutes.
Serve warm ENJOY!

This one is so Simple!
Good for: hydration + digestion + natural detox support, more breakdown at bottom.

Ingredients:
1 banana
½ cup pineapple
1 cup coconut water
Small piece of ginger

Instructions.
Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend until smooth.
Draw smiley face on outside of cup with a marker.
Add honey or sprinkles for a more festive look!
