We are beyond proud to share that Hospice Brazos Valley has earned a 5-Star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the highest rating awarded. This distinction reflects excellence in patient and caregiver experience, timely initiation of care, expert symptom management, and a deep commitment to evidence-based practice.

For us, this isn’t just a rating. It represents every bedside conversation, every hand held, every family supported through life’s most sacred chapter. It belongs to our extraordinary team and to the community that trusts us with their loved ones.

As the Brazos Valley’s only nonprofit hospice, we are honored to serve Brenham, Bryan, La Grange, and the surrounding counties with compassionate, community-centered care.
