We’ll be coming together in true PodFIT style on NYE at 9:30 AM for an energizing and empowering 45-minute fitness class designed to refresh your body, uplift your spirit, and help you finish 2025 strong. 😃

This total-body workout will leave you feeling accomplished and renewed, and we’ll also take time to set meaningful goals and intentions for 2026, creating space for clarity, confidence, and growth as we step into the new year. ✨
