🎄✨ Our Company Christmas Party Was an Absolute Holiday Masterpiece ✨🎄
We laughed, we ate, we sang… and some of us may or may not have taken Bingo way too seriously. 😅
🎁 Giveaways: Congratulations to all the winners—may your prizes bring you joy, and may the rest of us recover from the heartbreak.
🟩 BINGO: Tensions were high. Friendships were tested. Someone shouted “BINGO!” with the passion of a thousand elves.
🎤 Karaoke: The performances ranged from “surprisingly amazing” to “please don’t quit your day job”… but every single one was iconic.
🍽️ Food: Delicious enough to make us forget we still have year-end deadlines.
👥 Our Team: Truly the best part of the night. Nothing beats celebrating the season with the people who make work feel a little less like… work.
Thanks to everyone who came and made the night unforgettable. If only Monday mornings were this fun! 🎅😂✨

❌ Doing squats and feeling your knees yell at you like you just betrayed them? Totally avoidable. Most of the time it’s just a form issue - like letting your knees wander forward or leaning back.

Keep your weight in your heels, chest up, and let your knees track right over your toes. Boom - strong squat, happier knees, fewer dramatic sound effects. 🏋️‍♂️

🌟 Cupping for Scar Mobilization at Physical Therapy 🌟
Did you know that scar tissue can limit mobility, create stiffness, and even contribute to lingering pain? One of the gentle, effective techniques we use at our clinics is cupping.
Cupping helps:
✨ Improve circulation around the scar
✨ Gently lift and mobilize restricted tissue
✨ Enhance movement and flexibility
✨ Support healing and comfort
Whether from surgery, injury, or overuse, addressing scar tissue can make a big difference in how your body feels and functions.
If you’re curious about how cupping or other soft-tissue techniques could help you, we’d love to answer your questions! 💬

🎉 Congratulations to our PT graduate! 🎉

We are so proud of Mr. Ken and the hard work he’s put in over the last several weeks. His dedication to improving his balance and strength has truly paid off — he’s now moving more confidently, feeling safer at home, and noticing big improvements in his daily tasks.

It’s been an honor to be part of his journey. Keep up the great work! 💪✨

💪✨ At our clinic, we don’t just tell you how to do your exercises… we get right in there and show you!
Because proper form = better results, fewer injuries, and way more confidence. 🙌
Physical Therapy isn’t a lecture — it’s a team effort. And we’re proud to lead by example (sometimes with some pretty entertaining demonstrations 😄).
Let’s move better, feel better, and get stronger together! 💙

Our Story

Therapists: Rick Lee, Dan Myers and Michael Johnson.

The practice is owned by two therapists with over 50 years of combined experience in rehab. We have taken great diligence in defining a best practices model where we have combined our experience of proven results with academic research in our field.

We practice a “hands on” approach to the practice of Physical Therapy and combine the manual therapies of stretching, strengthening, joint mobilization and myofascial release with these of modalities to achieve the highest level of care possible. As modern as our clinical model is, we have a commitment to old fashion values and traditional medical care planning.
