MYTH: You need more willpower.

TRUTH: Your nervous system is in survival mode.

When your body feels unsafe (stress, overwhelm, chronic dieting, past trauma), it will override your willpower every single time.

This isn't a you problem. This is a biology problem.

Stop trying to white-knuckle your way through. Start asking: What does my body need to feel safe?
