The Kitchen Table Foundation

We were recently honored by a visit from members of Thekitchentablefoundation.org. The Kitchen Table Foundation exists to strengthen the brotherhood and sisterhood of the fire service, law enforcement, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), active military, and veterans. We provide a place to gather, break bread, and find connection through camaraderie, shared experience, and peer support. Rooted in tradition, built on trust, and driven by service, we aim to uphold the mental and emotional well-being of those who run toward the call. Today the Kitchen Table Foundation had a big day at the Capitol. Director Juan Acosta, Executive Team Leader Louie Cimino, and Team Member Philip Koch were honored to introduce our mission at the Governor’s Office of Faith-Based Initiatives December Meeting. It was an incredible opportunity to share what we do and continue advocating for our first responders.🇺🇸

Sheriff Pete Roberts visited with members of The Kitchen Table Foundation today as they stopped by the sheriff's office to spread the word about the foundation's goals and purpose. The Kitchen Table Foundation exists to strengthen the brotherhood and sisterhood of the fire service, law enforcement, emergency medical services (EMS), active military, and veterans.
The goal is to provide a place to gather, break bread, and find connection through camaraderie, shared experience, and peer support. Rooted in tradition, built on trust, and driven by service, The Kitchen Table Foundation aims to uphold the mental and emotional well-being of those who run toward the call. Putting a focus on emergency responders and their mental well being is the purpose behind KTF, connecting those who need them with resources to aid them through mental health crisis.
First Responders, members of the military, and veterans face unique mental health challenges, such as PTSD, impacting their families and communities. KTF fills the gap by providing essential peer support and resources to improve overall wellness.
