Minnie has been part of our Elder Independence Home Care family since 2020, and for all these years she has devoted her heart and energy to caring for the same client. The relationship she has built with both the client and their family is truly something special. 🌿

It is that time of year again!! Hope everyone is being safe if you are out Black Friday shopping! Look who came back to join us for this Christmas Season!!! PENDENCE 💜 She came in almost with a “crash landing” and brought a surprise for our current caregivers!! Any referral for someone to work for us made by a current caregiver from 12/1/2025-12/31/2025- once that referred applicant is hired and works 40 hours the referring caregiver will receive $300. Get your “elf shoes” on and start referring people!! Our BEST caregivers come from caregivers who are already part of the Elder Independence Family!!! Happy Holidays!!
