With over a decade of experience supporting families and managing caregiving teams, Allayne brings a calm, organized, and people-centered approach to everything she does. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and has served in many caring roles — from caregiver to police department chaplain to small-group facilitator and trainer.
