Specializing in sports massage, myofascial release, cranial-sacral therapy, assisted stretching & functional nutrition to relieve pain, restore function & optimize wellness. We define sports and corrective treatment as a fusion of bodywork techniques, designed to alleviate symptoms of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. We focus our practice on the use of well-established and historically tested massage and bodywork modalities including but not limited to myofascial release; structural integration; trigger-point therapy; cross-fiber friction; stretching; and sports massage therapy. Our specialized and individualized treatment programs directly address the fascia and connective tissue, as well as the muscular and joint components of dysfunction. Here’s a simple food trick I often share when someone needs a little extra gut or blood sugar support 😊
If you cook rice, potatoes, quinoa, or oats, let them cool completely and then reheat them. This turns some of the starch into resistant starch, which acts like a gentle fiber and can make meals easier on your system.

People usually notice steadier energy, better digestion, and feeling more satisfied after eating.
And you don’t have to eat anything cold — just cook it, cool it, and warm it back up when you’re ready.

A small shift that can make a real difference.

As many of you know, I’ve spent my entire adult life in the wellness field — from social work, to skin care, to co-owning Synergy Sports & Corrective Massage LLC. This certification feels like the next step in bringing all of those experiences together to support healing in a deeper way.
