Help Swain County Food Pantries Feed Local Families! Many families are struggling right now with uncertainty around SNAP and WIC benefits. Our local food pantries are doing everything they can to fill the gap, but they need our help.

Before donating, call ahead. Pantry needs can change weekly. Monetary donations often make the biggest difference by helping.

🗓 The calendar below shows pantry hours for November 2025, call before visiting to confirm times or check donation needs.

Together, we can make sure no one in Swain County goes hungry this season.

As of November 9, 2025, NC WIC remains open and fully operational. We have funding through November 30, 2025 and will share updates if anything changes due to the federal shutdown. Please keep using your benefits and attend your scheduled appointments. NC WIC is open for business!
