Exercise increases relaxation: for some, a moderate workout can be the equivalent of a sleeping pill, even for people with insomnia.

To target "fat burn" you need to maintain your heart rate around 70-80% of your maximum heart rate for 20-30 minutes per workout.

Remember - fat burn is not the same as fat loss.

For a 60 year old that would be a heart rate of 112-120

Remember - if you’re on medication to check with your doctor first.

Many medications affect heart rate.

When I say OSTEOPOROSIS is a hormone signaling problem, I mean this:

Bones are not passive structures.

They are living tissue that constantly respond to hormonal messages telling them to either build or break down.

If the signals are off, bone loss happens even if calcium intake looks “fine.”

2. Cortisol = bone thief when chronically elevated.

Cortisol rises with: chronic stress, under-eating, over-cardio, poor sleep.

High cortisol: pulls calcium out of bone, suppresses bone-building cells, increases fracture risk.

This is why women who “eat clean,” train hard, and stay tired often lose bone faster than expected.

Bone reads cortisol as: “Survival mode. Do not invest in structure.”
