Itโs the Spring Equinox ! What are some rituals or traditions you do this time of year ?
Ostara is a wonderful time to celebrate the arrival of spring, embracing themes of renewal, fertility, and rebirth.
๐จโ๐พ Planting Seeds Ritual
โ> How to Do It: As you plant the seeds, visualize your intentions for growthโboth in the garden and in your life. You can say a few words to empower the seeds, like, โAs you grow, so do my intentions โ
๐ฅ Egg Decorating ๐ฐ
What You Need: Hard-boiled eggs, or plastic eggs, dye, paint, markers, or natural materials (like flowers or herbs).
โ> How to Do It: You can decorate eggs to symbolize new life. While decorating, focus on the intentions you want to manifest this spring. You can also write intentions on pieces of paper and place them inside the eggs before sealing them with wax.
๐ฑ Nature Altar ๐ผ
What You Need: Natural items such as flowers, stones, feathers, and crystals.
โ> How to Do It: Create a small altar outside or on your windowsill featuring symbols of spring. This is a space to honor and send gratitude for the Earthโs renewal. Add a small candle to represent the returning light.
๐งน Cleansing Ritual ๐งผ
What You Need: A bowl of water, salt, and herbs : rosemary , lemon ,or lavender
โ> How to Do It: Create a cleansing solution with hot water water and salt, to which you can add your herbs. Let the herbs strep before straining . Use this to cleanse your space, crystals, or personal items. As you cleanse, visualize any stagnant energy being washed away!

โ> How to Do It: Sit quietly and breathe deeply. Visualize the balance of light and dark in your life. Focus on what you want to grow this season and invite the vibrant energy of spring into your heart.
๐ Gratitude Jar ๐ซ
What You Need: A jar, paper, and a pen.
โ> How to Do It: Write down things you are grateful for and your intentions for the upcoming season on small pieces of paper. Place them in the jar and keep it on your altar or in a special place to remind you of your blessings as the year grows.
