Attention all current pole students:

Hey everyone! I'm so sorry to have to announce that I will no longer be teaching pole at home. Due to money, I will be going back to work at a normal 9-6 office.

I will hopefully still be teaching at beautiful bodies in surprise but I'd love to refer you all to that studio! Amazing instructors with plans of opening a second location hopefully a bit closer to buckeye.

I have plans to open an herb shop somewhere in buckeye within the next few years but in order to make that dream a reality I need to boost my savings account 😂

Thank you all for trusting me in your pole journey! If anyone has any classes left and would like to use them please do so before the end of March. I will continue personal training and nutrition at local parks or clients homes.

Beginning March 15th we will be starting a new challenge!

This month we will be tasked with eating one colorful salad each day! It can be a side salad or a main course. The only requirement is that it must be colorful 🥗 Get creative! Take a look at the Pinterest boards and start experimenting.

- strawberry/blueberry salad

I’ve always been a firm believer in teaching my clients to not need me. One of the things you need to learn in order to do that is how to meal plan!

I know I’ve given examples to each of my clients and I hope they have helped.

Now I’m going to show you just how simple it is!!

Below is a video of how I make my meal plan.

As far as a grocery list goes, I shop daily. So I either print out the recipe card or I just write down in my notes what I need. If you shop weekly then writing it down is your best option that way you know how many of what you need.

If you are calorie and/or macro counting then it will take a bit longer for you to find your meals. Right now I am intuitively eating the rainbow 😊 🌈 so no counting for me.

Drink your water! 💧

Urine is a great way to know how hydrated you are.. pale yellow is the consistency you want. Clear is overly hydrated and dark yellow is dehydrated.

Try adding an electrolyte to your water even just once a day or drink coconut water. 🥥

Very important study was just published yesterday indicating that hydration (as measured by serum sodium) is a risk factor for aging, chronic disease, and even premature mortality. These researchers also stated in their closing remarks that more than 50% of people worldwide do not drink adequate fluids.
