Did You Know...There is more pressure on your lower back while sitting than when standing. In fact, improper sitting posture is one of the leading causes of back pain.

So do yourself a favor, ensure your work station allows your back to rest up against the back of the chair, and your feet should firmly touch the ground. Then, at least once an hour stand up and take a walk, stretch, and shake out your arms and legs.

I know you've heard it before...."Cracking your knuckles will cause arthritis." Is there any truth to this claim?

Well a few studies have been conducted to try and find out. The results: No correlation with knuckle cracking and increase incidences of arthritis. Researches did find a connection to decreased grip strength, laxity (looseness) in the ligaments surrounding the joint, and even dislocation of tendons.
