AACCS eMAR: Ahead of the Curve in Assisted Living Compliance

Purpose-built for Arizona’s ADHS R9-10-806 compliance, AACCS eMAR isn’t just another medication log system — it’s a complete operations suite that merges clinical documentation, incident reporting, and regulatory readiness into one secure, locally run platform.

Where Others Fall Short

Most EMAR systems were built for hospitals or multi-state chains — forcing small home operators into monthly contracts and generic templates that don’t align with Arizona’s documentation laws.
AACCS eMAR changes the game:

Core Function AACCS eMAR Advantage Typical Subscription System

Regulatory Alignment Designed from the ground up around AZDHS Article 8 Generic CMS-based templates
Emergency Reports Built-in Form 4.17 EMS Transfer Generator Manual paperwork upload
Resident Management Full ADL, MAR, DNR, elopement, and allergy tracking Limited or fragmented data
Audit Reports One-click printable daily & incident summaries Multi-step export process
Offline Reliability Runs locally, no server lag Cloud-locked, internet required
Ownership Model One-time purchase, no subscriptions Monthly rental access
Security Data stored on-device only Hosted on third-party servers
Customization White-label options for any facility Locked UI, non-customizable

Compliance & Accountability

AACCS eMAR directly satisfies key ADHS compliance checkpoints:

Medication Administration Documentation: No blank MARs, time-stamped entries.

Incident Reporting: Centralized Form 8.x series logging and printable records.

Resident Transfer Documentation: Integrated Form 4.17 EMS Transfer Report with auto-population.

Audit Readiness: Built-in ADHS inspection-ready summaries.

---

Operational Power Features

Unified Dashboard: Caregivers, residents, and shift data under one interface.

Automated Alerts: DNR, elopement risk, vitals, and PRN tracking built in.

Resident Communication Logs: Document family calls, doctor updates, and incidents.

Task Assignments: Live progress view for caregivers and managers.

Cost Efficiency

> “I used to pay $500/month for three homes — that’s $18,000 a year.
Now, with AACCS eMAR at $1,000 per home, I own it outright and save over $16,000 annually.”

Good Morning Arizona Assisted Living Owners & Managers,

We’re entering the final days of August, and the clock is ticking. The new Memory Care regulations will be in full effect September 28, 2025. That is the absolute last day to have your home compliant. After that, ADHS will not grant extensions.

Why This Matters

Homes that are not compliant by September 28th risk:

Large fines (thousands of dollars per violation)

Stop placement orders

License suspension or revocation if residents are found in imminent danger

This is one of the fastest ways a home can be shut down under the new rules.

AACCS Member Discount (2 Weeks Only)

For the next two weeks, AACCS is offering an exclusive discount on our Memory Care Policy & Forms package for members of this Facebook group.

These policies are:

You don’t have to purchase from us, but you absolutely must have these policies in place before September 28th. Don’t risk getting caught without them.

About Me

I have been the health care field for sometime now and love it. I like helping others, Especially the Senior community.

During my time running a Assisted Living home, I noticed problem in the Assisted Living community that could be solved. So, I put forth the effort to create a page to aide Homeowners and Managers ask questions of seasoned and experienced Homeowners/ Managers. That page “ Assisted Living Homes of Arizona on Facebook” is now considered one of the top rated sites for Senior advisement and advertisement on Facebook in Arizona with over 1000 members.

I Also created a page to help deal with the shortage of Caregivers in Arizona that has grown to be the #1 place to find Caregivers and CNA’s on Facebook in the state with over 1100 members! Helping employers and employees connect.

In 2016, I wanted to give back to my community of Buckeye, AZ. So I began food donations to the less fortunate and those in need. Then in November 2016 I began the “Thanks for Giving” Campaign to raise assistance for Veterans, Seniors and others who would not have a full Thanksgiving meal if not for the help of the community. We have done this campaign every year since and it keeps growing and helping the community.
