🐴 Animals Make Everyone Smile 🐾

While we’re still dreaming and planning the future of Acceptional Acres, we don’t know yet if horses will be part of our ranch one day. But one thing we do know… animals have a special way of bringing joy to people of all abilities.
A gentle nuzzle, a wagging tail, or even just spending time around animals can create smiles, calm hearts, and build confidence. ❤️
Our dream for Acceptional Acres is a place where adults with developmental disabilities can live, learn, work, and experience moments of happiness like this every day.
Who knows… maybe someday horses will be part of that dream. 🐎

We want to ask a question that many families quietly carry in their hearts…

“What keeps you up at night about your loved one’s future?”

For so many of us, it’s not just today we think about — it’s 10, 20, 30 years from now.
Will they be safe?
Will they have friends?
Will they have purpose?
Will someone love and care for them the way we do?

These questions are exactly why Acceptional Acres was born. 🌾

We are so incredibly grateful to everyone who climbed, donated, shared, prayed, and cheered us on. Your support is helping move the dream of Acceptional Acres forward — one step at a time. 🌾💚

Here are just a few programs we’re excited about:

🧼 Soap Making – Already in motion with Acceptional Things! Creating handcrafted soaps while building job skills and confidence.

🌱 Gardening – Growing fresh produce, learning responsibility, and nurturing something from seed to harvest.

🍪 Baking – Imagine a farm kitchen filled with laughter, teamwork, and delicious treats.

🐴 Animal Care – Feeding, grooming, and caring for animals while building compassion and routine.

These aren’t just activities — they’re pathways to independence, purpose, and pride. 💛
