BoardFIT Pilates is officially on the Soul Shine schedule for May‼️

This class is limited to 12 spots due to the number of boards available, so please be sure to reserve your spot online at:
www.Vagaro.com/soulshineyogastudio

Walk-ins are welcome, but a reservation is the only way to guarantee you’ll have a board. And if something comes up and you can’t keep your reservation, please cancel so someone on the waitlist has the chance to join.

💻 Livestream Option:
Prefer to join from home? This class will also be offered online for anyone wanting to try it with their own board.

💪 Bringing Your Own Board?
Absolutely welcome. If you have a board and want to bring it with you to ensure your spot, you’re more than encouraged to do so.

For this evening’s Yoga Nidra + Sound Bath, I’ll be using a few props to help create a deeply restful, cozy experience. Props are not required, but if you’d like to make your practice extra comfortable, feel free to gather a couple of pillows or couch cushions and a blanket.

Today is the day‼️ 🎉

Classes are BACK today, and we’re easing into the week with a relaxing Yin practice blended with gentle somatic movement.

Live stream is up and running, and if you’re joining from home, I’ll be using a couple of props, blocks and a bolster. These aren’t necessary, so don’t stress. A couch cushion or bed pillow works beautifully and will make your practice feel extra supported.

We’ll close with a long, deeply restful Savasana, so feel free to grab a blanket to make things cozy and comfortable. ❤️
