I did this today by stepping away from my work and getting some sunshine🌞 and fresh air while walking. I felt more relaxed and refreshed after.😌

Happy Thursday, wonderful humans! I love this message of using connection to ground us and help us feel safer. When we feel safer, our sympathetic nervous system settles down and stress hormones decrease. Over time, this leads to better health all around.
